Rare NPG Records single for 'MPLS' by Minneapolis, consisting of the tracks, 'MPLS,' 'MPLS (12 Inch Mix),' and 'The Ryde Dyvine.' In fine condition. From the collection of artist/art director Michael Van Huffel and accompanied by a letter of provenance. The CD is included. The first and only single by Minneapolis, MPLS was released in the spring of 1994 and received a limited release through the 1-800 New Funk telephone service and The New Power Generation Stores in Minneapolis and London. For a brief time the single was available online at 1800NewFunk.com and then during a single show on Prince's 1997 Love 4 One Another Charities Tour.
