Eric Leeds's costume worn on stage while performing with Prince during the 1987 Sign o' the Times tour, designed and made by Prince’s in-house wardrobe department. The outfit consists of a long black jacket with peach-colored pocket handkerchief, and a black tailored pants/vest 'one-piece' suit. Also includes two black button-down long sleeve shirts, one with a paisley patterned fabric that is marked with an "Eric" tag inside the collar. Two pairs of boots are included (one black and one white), which were custom-designed and made for Leeds by DiFabrizio of Los Angeles, who also custom-designed many of Prince’s boots. In overall fine condition, with general wear from use. Most notably, Leeds wore this particular outfit with the black boots for a special New Year's Eve concert at Paisley Park on December 31, 1987, at which Miles Davis was a guest artist. From the collection of musician/saxophonist Eric Leeds and accompanied by a letter of provenance.
