Mock-up of artwork for the never released Madhouse 24 CD, consisting of the printed mock-up in an empty CD jewel case. The artwork includes a tri-fold booklet in the front with the track listing and credits inside, and track listing on the back. In fine condition. From the collection of musician/saxophonist Eric Leeds and accompanied by a letter of provenance. Leeds notes that this is probably the only copy of this artwork in existence. Despite multiple efforts 24 was never released, making this a unique and highly desirable Madhouse piece.
