Extremely rare ALS in Italian as cardinal, one page, 8 x 11, December 25, 1595. Untranslated letter taking an initiative in favor of a friend, stating that it depends on the opinion of the pope. In very good to fine condition, with scattered foxing, intersecting folds, and staining along the left edge.
