Uncommon TLS, one page, 8 x 10, Oakland A's letterhead, July 11, 1968. Letter to George H. Sosnak, in full: "I want to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for your wonderful gift. You must have spent a great deal of time and effort in piecing together my records on this baseball. It is something that I will treasure and place with my other favorite mementos. Again, my sincere thanks to you." In very good condition, with scattered creasing and small stains. DiMaggio remains uncommon in letters.
