Two album cover proofs for the first two Hendrix posthumous compilation albums: a 26 x 13 alternate proof for the inside gatefold of The Cry of Love, released in March 1971; and a 25 x 12.25 proof for the front and back covers of the original October 1971 issue of Rainbow Bridge. On the released version of The Cry of Love, a different photograph was used in the bottom right corner of the inner gatefold, and the credits appeared in the top center; these changes were probably made for readability’s sake. In overall fine condition.
