American painter (1930-2010) associated with abstract expressionism and color field painting. Colorful original abstract watercolor painting by Robert Natkin on an off-white 15 x 19 board, signed and dated at the bottom in pencil, "Natkin 1964." In fine condition. Accompanied by a Thomas McCormick Gallery booklet from a 2001 exhibition. Natkin's works are held by leading institutions around the world, including the Metropolitan Museum, Museum of Modern Art, and the Guggenheim Museum.
