Vintage program for an International Scholarship Fund event honoring Sammy Davis, Jr., at Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C., on May 19, 1966, 8.5 x 11, 12 pages, signed and inscribed on the inside front cover in blue ballpoint, "To Joyce, from, Louis Armstrong." In very good to fine condition, with light creasing and general handling wear. Armstrong served as the event's guest entertainer.
