Description

Partly-printed vellum DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 15.25 x 9.5, July 30, 1827. President Adams grants Robert Miller a tract of land "at Zanesville, Ohio, containing Seventy nine acres." Signed at the conclusion by President Adams and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. In very good condition, with heavy vertical storage folds, overall soiling, a stain to the lower left corner, and a cracked but complete seal.
