Appointment for the "Assistant Secretary of State"

Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 15.25 x 11.75, September 7, 1965. President Johnson appoints Raymond A. Hare, of West Virginia, as the "Assistant Secretary of State." Signed at the conclusion by Johnson, and countersigned by Dean Rusk as secretary of state. White paper remains affixed to lower left. Rolled and in fine condition.
