Two exceptional vintage matte-finish 11 x 14 photos by great baseball photographer George C. Burke: one of pitcher Charlie Root at the top step of the dugout, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "To my pal Bob, Good Luck & Best Wishes, Charlie Root"; and one of pitcher Guy Bush in the field, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "To my 'Pal' B. Smith, With best wishes from my heart, Guy Bush." Both bear the credit stamp of George C. Burke on the reverse. In overall fine condition. Accompanied by full letters of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
