Description

TLS as president, one page, 7 x 8.75, White House letterhead, March 29, 1918. Letter to Andrew B. Humphrey, director of the American Peace and Arbitration League, in full: "May I not thank you for your letter of March twenty-seventh, which has given me a great deal of pleasure?" In very good condition, with light irregular toning and blurring to the signature. Accompanied by a copy of a letter addressed to Wilson, dated April 20, 1917.
