Tipped into the title page is an ALS signed "I. D'Israeli," three pages on two adjoining sheets, 7.75 x 9.75, March 9, 1825. Letter to Mrs. William Elliot, thanking her for sending a manuscript and informing her that a Mr. Downs also sends his thanks and extends the pleasure he had when they first met. D'Israeli adds a lengthy postscript, and addressed the reverse of the second integral page in his own hand. In fine condition, with small splits along intersecting folds of the letter.
