Description

DS, one page, 7.25 x 11, November 20, 1945. Promissory note in which Gary Cooper Productions "promises to pay in lawful money of the United States of America, to the order of Gary Cooper…the principal sum of Twenty Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars." Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Cooper. Double-matted with image of the poster for the 1942 film The Pride of the Yankees, a photo of Cooper as Lou Gehrig from the film, and an ink signature of actress Teresa Wright to an overall size of 30 x 17. In fine condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
