Includes the referenced letter to Surveyor General Jared Mansfield, filled out and signed in a secretarial hand, regarding the southern boundary of the Connecticut Western Reserve. In very good to fine condition, with some creasing and staining, and seal-related paper loss to the integral address leaf.
