Flown flag honoring the 25th anniversary of Apollo 11, 4.75 x 3, carried aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia during the STS-65 mission, affixed to an 11 x 14 printed presentation certificate presented to John F. McInerny, Jr., reading, in part, "This Apollo 11 25th anniversary flag was flown aboard the Orbiter 'Columbia' STS-65, July 8-23, 1994 in commemoration of America's first Lunar Landing Mission." Sheet bears a preprinted signature. The flag is in fine condition, with creasing to the background sheet.
Flown flag bearing the Shuttle-Mir Program insignia carried aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery during the STS-91 mission, 6 x 4.25, affixed to an 11 x 14 printed certificate presented to Larry L. Kilbourn, reading, in part, "This flag commemorating the Phase 1 Program was flown to the Mir Space Station aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery on mission STS-91, launched June 2, landed June 12, 1998." Sheet bears two preprinted signatures. The flag is in fine condition, with creasing to the background sheet.
