Spectacular original hand-inked three-panel Spider-Man daily comic strip, dated "Monday 10–25–99," on an off-white 13.5 x 5.5 sheet of artist’s cardstock, signed below the final panel in black ballpoint, “Stan Lee.” Created by Lee and Larry Lieber, the strip shows Spider-Man saving a young boy from being hit by a car. After a pair of onlookers exclaim how heroic he is, Spider-Man is confronted by a police officer with drawn pistol. "Freeze! You're under arrest!" the officer barks as Spider-Man whirls about in confusion, the bottom caption reading: "So much for being a superhero!" Nicely double-matted and framed with Spider-man colors and a photo of Lee to an overall size of 19 x 15. In fine condition.
