Underwood; two small flown swatches of Kapton foil from the Apollo 11 Command Module Columbia affixed to an 8.5 x 11 certificate hand-signed by Ken Havekotte; and an official Manned Flight Awareness medallion minted using metal from the Apollo 11 spacecraft Eagle and Columbia in its original case.
