Two original vintage glossy silver gelatin photos: an 8.5 x 6.5 photo of Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt outside St. John's Episcopal Church on March 4, 1940, the seventh anniversary of FDR's inauguration; and a glossy 6.25 x 9 photo of the first couple arriving at the Mayflower Hotel in 1936 to attend the annual cabinet dinner. Both bear affixed captions and Harris & Ewing credit stamps on the reverse. In overall very good to fine condition, with scattered light creasing and a bit of emulsion loss to the vertical image.
