Flown segment of recording tape used on Apollo 15, measuring 1.5″ long, affixed to a color 11 x 8.5 presentation certificate. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Mike Smithwick, author of Distant Suns, certifying that the segment was removed from a reel of voice/data recording tape which flew to the moon on the Apollo 15 mission.
