Rare Apollo Office Splashdown Party program, 10 x 13, held in honor of the Apollo 11 mission at the Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D. C., on September 9, 1969. This two-page program includes a menu for the event, and the back cover bears a reproduction of the Apollo 11 plaque left on the lunar surface, a first day of issue ‘First Man on the Moon’ stamp, and two postmarks—one on September 9, 1969, the date of this event, and the other July 20, 1969, the date of the moon landing. Signed on the back cover in brown felt tip by Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins, and Buzz Aldrin. A small surface ding to lower portion of back cover, scattered light toning and soiling, and peeling to strips of tape lining top and right edges of front cover, otherwise fine condition.
