Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania (1742–1798), and one of only six men who signed both the Declaration and the US Constitution. Revolutionary War-dated ink endorsement signature, “Wilson,” on the reverse of a partly-printed DS, one page, 13.5 x 4, January 5, 1776. The document concerns a future court appearance and is signed at the conclusion by John Agnew. Several clerical notations dated July 1773 appear above Wilson’s signature. In fine condition, with areas of light toning. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
