On the reverse at the lower margin is printed, "Facsimile Reproduced by R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company, The Lakeside Press from the original owned by Ira G. Corn, Jr. and Joseph P. Driscoll." In very good condition, with scattered foxing and toning, heaviest along the intersecting folds.
