President Fillmore authorizes and directs the secretary of state to “affix the Seal of the United states to proclamation of the supplementary commercial convention with the Netherlands of the 26th of August last." Signed at the conclusion by Fillmore. In very good to fine condition, with several horizontal folds and light chipping to the edges. Accompanied by an engraving of Fillmore bearing a preprinted signature. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
