Written only a month before Necker's second dismissal as director-general of finances, which was the immediate cause of the storming of Bastille, a letter to Monsieur De La Missiere, in which he arranges for a meeting to be held at his correspondent's house to discuss definitive actions to be taken over the Deputies from the district of Montagne.
