Warrant directing “the Great Seal of Our United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland to be affixed to an Instrument…containing Our Ratification of a Treaty between Us and Our Good Brothers The King of France and Navarre, and the Emperor of all the Russias." The original four-page true copy of said instrument remains bound to the document with a blue ribbon. The white paper seal affixed to the upper left remains fully intact. In fine condition.
