Small collection of flown Kapton foil, largest swatch measures .75 x .75, removed from the Apollo 13 Command Module Odyssey’s thermal protection subsystem. The foil is housed in a small plastic pouch affixed to an 8.5 x 11 presentation sheet signed by NASA Recovery Team member Dick Williamson, in part: “I do hereby certify that I personally removed this piece of foil from Odyssey when the spacecraft was brought on board the recovery ship U.S.S. Iwo Jima.” Sheet is affixed to a same-size piece of cardstock. In fine condition. Pre-certified Zarelli Space Authentication.
