Amazing color 32.25 x 21.5 Pop Foto poster of the Jimi Hendrix Experience, signed in black felt tip by Jimi Hendrix, and in ballpoint by Noel Redding and Mitch Mitchell, who has signed his first name twice. In fine, folded condition, with scattered creases and tiny separations along small portions on folds. Accompanied by a color 3.25 x 3.25 candid photo of Hendrix taken at the time of signing, as well as a Playboy signed by Uschi Obermaier, whom Hendrix shared a brief affair, as well as two photos of Obermaier with filmmaker and then boyfriend Rainer Langhans. Consignor notes that the Experience autographs were obtained outside Berlin's Kempinski Hotel on January 23, 1969. Following their concert at Berlin's Sportpalast, the members of the Jimi Hendrix Experience returned to the Kempinski Hotel and caroused with numerous partygoers in the lounge area. Among the many women in attendance was Obermaier, a German fashion model and member of Kommune 1, a far-left political commune that soon called Hendrix its most famous guest. By that point, Hendrix and the Experience had been in Europe for nearly three weeks, playing several Scandinavian and West Germany dates in support of the band's third and final album, Electric Ladyland. Given the band's scarcity across all formats, a fully signed Jimi Hendrix Experience poster serves as a true musical rarity and a must-have for all serious Hendrix collectors. Pre-certified REAL.
