Three items: a flown two-sided checklist page carried on board STS-6, 10.5 x 8, dated March 25, 1983, signed and flight-certified on one side in blue ballpoint, “Flown on STS–6, Paul Weitz, CDR,” consisting of pages 48 and 49 of section 4, headed at the top, “STS–6 8D Deploy,” with both sides featuring a mission elapsed time bar for Day 2, and sections for “CDR/PLT,” “MS1/MS2,” and “MCC”; and two Beta cloth swatches, both approximately 9 x 9 and bearing a 3.5″ diameter Skylab I (SL–2) mission insignia in the center, both signed in black felt tip, “Paul Weitz, Pilot Skylab I,” with Weitz adding to one, “From my personal collection.” In overall fine condition.
