Signed at the conclusion by Michael Lang, a concert promoter who co-created the Woodstock Music & Art Festival. Contract remains unsigned by the band’s management, as they never accepted. While the Moody Blues were advertised on the original advertisements as performers, they backed out after being booked in Paris the same weekend.
