Handy,” payable to Tom Flynn for $5.00, December 24, 1957; and a DS signed by the Modern Jazz Quartet, two pages, 8.5 x 11, June 3, 1985, in part: “Norman Granz was not at all concerned about any of the issues…Consistent with Norman’s philosophy of in no way abusing the trust of the group, he has agreed to eliminate completely the provisions of the agreement relating to potential sale of records as ‘premiums’ in connection with commercial products and is happy to go to the group for their consent if in the future anything of this nature comes up.” Signed at the conclusion by Milt Jackson, John Lewis, Connie Kay, and Percy Heath. In overall fine condition.
