Burack of The Writer, in full: “I don’t think I shall have any lecture notes for you from my classes in creative writing. I should, however, be interested in seeing a copy of your magazine if you would be kind enough to send me one”; and a hand-addressed mailing envelope by Eugene O’Neill, 5.5 x 4.25, addressed by O’Neill to “John Macy, Esq., 214 East 39th Street, New York City,” and signed on the flap, “Eugene O’Neill.” Postmarked Brunswick, Georgia, November 23, 1931. Each is framed and in overall very good to fine condition.
