ALS signed “Van,” one page on the reverse of a 5.5 x 3.5 postcard showing New York’s City Squire Motor Inn, no date but postmarked August 8, 1967. Letter to Mick Cox, in full: “Hope everything works out. Don’t stop playing guitar man. All my love. Drop me a line.” Morrison fills out the address field in his own hand, and adds his room number above, “Room 2229.” In very good to fine condition, with surface loss from old tape removal along top edge and lower right corner.
