As secretary of state, Adams certifies that “the annexed six pages of writing are a true copy of ‘An Act for granting Lands to the Inhabitants and Settlers at Vincennes.’” Signed at the conclusion by Adams. The white paper seal and ribbon affixed to the lower left remain intact, and portions of the annexed pages remain attached. In very good condition, with complete ragged separation along the top fold; Adams’s signature is in a clean area, and very bold. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
