As cabinet president and minister of foreign affairs, Bismarck pens a letter to Carl Zitelman, asking him to send various documents to Kaiser Wilhelm I of Prussia and Count Friedrich of Eulenberg, Minister of the Interior. Double-matted and framed with an engraving to an overall size of 18.25 x 15. In very good to fine condition, with scattered light toning and foxing. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
