Document issued at Stratford, in part: “These may Certify the Committee of the Pay Table of the State of Connecticut that I have Rec’d also given a Receipt for the arms and accouterments of the following soldiers belonging to Capt. Beaches Company Col: Swift’s Regmt…The above guns Purchased July 1776 by Capt. Zachariah Coe.” In very good to fine condition.
