Two letters: an ALS, signed “Geo. M. Cohan,” one page, 5 x 7.75, Cohan and Harris, March 15, 1919, in part: “I have written a note…as you requested—I hope however…you will not altogether desert the Friars Club”; and a TLS, signed “Geo. M. Cohan,” one page, 7.25 x 10.5, personal letterhead, January 5, 1942, in part: “I desire that you and your associates should participate to the extent of a percentage upon whatever moneys I receive, or that I may be entitled to in connection with the sale or license of, or otherwise dealing with, my writings, as I have been doing during the year 1941.” In overall fine condition.
