Manuscript DS, signed “George R.,” one page both sides, 7.75 x 12.5, March 23, 1813. In part: “Our Will and Pleasure is, that you forthwith cause the Great Seal of Our United Kingdom of Great Britain to be affixed to an Instrument…containing Our Ratification…of Two Seperate and Secret Articles to the Treaty of Concert between His Majesty and His good Brother The King of Sweden.” Boldly signed at the top by King George IV, and signed at the conclusion by Lord Castlereagh. The affixed paper seal remains crisp and fully intact. Bound to the main document is a four-page manuscript copy of the referenced act. In fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
