Agreement between Lawrence Brown and Ellington’s company Tempo Music, with Tempo agreeing to publish the song ‘Transblucency’ with Brown and Ellington each receiving 50% of the royalties. Signed on the last page by Ellington and Brown, and also signed by Daniel James, “DJ.” Framed and in very good to fine condition, with a small hole to left of Ellington’s signature.
