Signed at the conclusion in black felt tip, “Alan Ralph Osmond,” “M. Wayne Osmond,” “Merrill D. Osmond,” “Jay W. Osmond,” and “Donald C. Osmond,” and countersigned by their parents George and Olive Osmond, who signs for Jimmy Osmond.
