Signed at the conclusion by Wells as president, “Henry Wells,” and countersigned by Fargo as secretary, “Wm. G. Fargo.” Wells has signed again on the reverse. Nicely cloth-matted and framed with a viewing window on the reverse. In very good to fine condition, with scattered light, somewhat irregular toning. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
