Rare program for performances by The Beatles and John Leyton at Fairfield Halls, Croydon, on April 25, 1963, eight pages, 7 x 9.5, boldly signed inside in fountain pen, “John Lennon,” “Lots of love, Paul McCartney, (Beatles), xxxx,” “George Harrison,” and “Love, Ringo Starr, xxx.” In very good to fine condition, with expected handling wear and some skipping to ink in the first letter of Lennon’s signature. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks, stating that the autographs were obtained by the switchboard operator at Fairfield Halls. On the day of the concert the headliner Leyton fell ill and could not perform, so the Beatles were elevated to the headline act for the ‘Mersey Beat Showcase.’ Pre-certified REAL.
