Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania (1742–1798), and one of only six men who signed both the Declaration and the US Constitution. Ink endorsement signature, “Wilson,” on the reverse of a partly-printed legal document, one page, 12.25 x 4.25, April 24, 1773. The document concerns a future court appearance. Several clerical notations dated July 1773 appear above Wilson’s signature. In very good to fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
