President Truman authorizes Secretary of State Dean Acheson “to negotiate, conclude, and sign an air transport agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Republic of Colombia.” Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Truman and countersigned by Acheson. In fine condition. Originates from the estate of a gentleman who drafted official documents and treaties for the government and couriered them to the president himself. In the course of his career he was able to retain several examples and duplicates of these documents. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
