Decree from the Revolutionary Military Council of the Republic issued to Comrade Dobrovolsky, in full (translated): “By receipt of this document you are immediately to place yourself at the disposal of the Revolutionary Military Council of the Eastern Front.” Signed at the conclusion in blue pencil by Trotsky as the chairman of the Revolutionary Military Council of the Republic and the People’s Commissar for Naval Affairs. In very good to fine condition, with a mounting strip to reverse.
