Jones as a voting proxy at “the meeting of stockholders of the Pulitzer Publishing Co. to be held in St. Louis Mo on 27 Novem 1896.” Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Pulitzer. In fine condition, with some creasing to first name. Jones had been appointed editor of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch in 1895. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
