FDC with an inset cachet honoring the centennial of the Statue of Liberty, 8 x 6, signed in black felt tip, “Bill Clinton” and “Hillary Rodham Clinton.” A card inside notes that the foil used to produce the seal was made using copper removed from the statue during restoration and flown on the Space Shuttle Discovery in 1985; it was then melted down for these collectible Statue of Liberty centennial seals. Collector’s notations on the flap indicate the signatures were obtained in person in October 2008. In fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
