The cel is slightly trimmed to 12.5 x 10.5 and placed on a hand-painted presentation background. Total image measures 6.25 x 5.5, with overall dimensions of 13.5 x 11.25. The piece has the limited edition Mighty Mouse seal on upper right. In fine condition, with trivial surface impressions.
