Two items: an uncommon 4.25 x 5.5 paperstock photo of Burrell on an advertisement for the Bohemian Caverns jazz club, signed and inscribed in blue ink, “To Johnny Sneed, Best always, Kenny Burrell”; and a vintage ballpoint signature and inscription, “To Johnny: The Best, Wes Montgomery,” on an off-white 7 x 3.5 table card from the Bohemian Caverns jazz club; he wrote the first word in felt tip before switching pens due to poor ink flow. The Burrell is in fine condition, with slight show-through from writing to opposing side; and the Montgomery is in very good condition, with a central vertical fold passing through letters in the inscription and signature, scattered staining (affecting the first letter of his last name), show-through from ink notations to reverse, and light scattered creases.
