In part: “We granted you a license to distribute a program consisting of ‘Perri’ and ‘Nick’ within the territory of Austria…and you have agreed, to pay…a commission in an amount equivalent to ten per cent (10%) of the receipts and proceeds.” Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Disney and countersigned in pencil by representatives of Sascha Film. Archivally double-matted with a color photo of Disney to an overall size of 12.25 x 21. In fine condition, with expected document wear. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from noted Disney expert Phil Sears. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
